Produced on homogeneous granite soils with large crystals, the Fleurie wine is often called “Queen of Beaujolais”. It is characterized by a lot of finesse and elegance, with aromas of iris and violets.

Cuvee & Tasting

“The Chapel of the Woods” comes from a rich plot and enjoys a southern exposure.

The Fleurie reveals a solid wooding structure and keeps its aromatic fragrance. It seduces with its finesse and its silky texture. Bright ruby color, it has the special quality of creaminess, elegance, floral and fruity aromas.

Origin

Mature grapes, manually-harvested of vines of about Twenty years, exclusively on Gamay grapes variety.

Wine pairing

Marblet leg of lamb, poultry, rabbit terrine.

Aging potential

From 12 to 14°C, potentially between 4 to 5 years in cellar.
